Principal Member:

A Principal Member shall be a commercial, corporate or government real estate owner, investor, developer, manager, leasing/marketing representative and those who earn their primary livelihood from associated disciplines, located within the boundaries of the corporation.

Principal Additional Member:

A Principal Additional Member is an additional individual from the Principal Members entity. A Principal Additional Member shall not exist in the absence of a Principal Member.

Professional Member:

A Professional Member is any person who is in the professional services industry; however, is not directly associated with the industries functions, e.g., architects, engineers, attorneys.

Associate Member:

An Associate Member is any person or company whose primary business is in providing products or services which have a direct interest in real estate in which Principal Members are involved.

Annual Member Fees - $550

Additional Member - $450
